Who are we?
Concorde Solutions formed in 1999 is a privately owned company with a clear focus on integrated payment processing. Among the products supported by the technical expertise and processing facilities at Concorde are a range of integrated payment products in conjunction with major South African banks and the international transaction software supplier, Traderoot. Our payment products include integrated card solutions for leading Point of Sale vendors and popular restaurant and retail groups.
The payment switching mechanism has been accredited by the acquiring banks and EMV (EuroPay, MasterCard & VISA) and Concorde Solutions is a member of PASA (Payment Association of South Africa, part of the South African Reserve Bank).
Concorde Solutions currently has a range of merchants throughout South Africa processing card transactions with the Concorde operated payment software. Concorde currently utilises FNB, Nedbank and ABSA as the acquiring banks.
A customer support centre is operated by experienced and highly trained Concorde staff are available to provide support for merchants in a range of industries. Some of these industries require access to support outside of normal office hours and support is available during these trading hours.
