Ian Black, Executive Chairman Ian Black is a senior international healthcare industry specialist. He currently consults for Advent International global private equity investors and was previously Chairman of leading European pharmaceutical company, Viatris Pharmaceuticals and is now Chairman of the CareCross Health Group which includes leading health companies such as CareCross Health, One Care, Thebe Medical, Alliance Pharmaceuticals, OCSA and ChroniCare.


Dr Reinder Nauta


Dr Reinder Nauta, Director Reinder Nauta has a business management diploma, as well as being a medical doctor. He is also Managing Director of CareCross Health.

Elliot Bunney
Elliot Bunney, Director Elliot Bunney studied leisure management and marketing and has been involved in various businesses in the UK including software and restaurants. He has been on the Concorde board of Directors since 2003 where he has focused on developing new business for Concorde in the South African market.

Mark Mawman
Mark Mawman, (CA) SA Finance Director Mark Mawman is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is currently Group Finance Director for the CareCross Health group of companies.

Jaco van Coller
Jaco van Coller, Business Development Manager Jaco van Coller has experience in IT project management in London and has been implementing Exact software systems throughout South Africa for over seven years. Specialises in manufacturing, logistics and manages the Exact team and all Exact projects at Concorde.

Heinie Venter
Heinie Venter, Technical Manager has extensive experience in EFT and travel software solutions including development and management. He now manages Concorde’s TradeRoot system and IT infrastructure.

Jonathan De Matteis
Jonathan De Matteis, National Operations Manager, Gauteng has qualifications and extensive experience in Operations Management within South Africa as well as 9 years senior management experience.
