As a Concorde merchant you are able to securely access real-time transaction data via the internet. To do this please follow the instructions below.
- Navigate to http://switch.concorde-sa.co.za/traderoot/main
- Select service provider as your logon type
- Enter your merchant number as your username
- You may leave the terminal field blank unless you intend on viewing reports specifically related to a particular terminal.
- Enter the secure password that was provided to you by Concorde Solutions
- Then click logon to proceed
