Our customer support centre is staffed by fully trained Concorde employees based in Cape Town. Concorde Solutions offers the following support times for EFT product support and an office hours support service for Exact customers.

Monday to Saturday 8am – 11pm Sunday 8am – 10pm

Concorde uses the latest call centre technology to provide a knowledgeable, swift call centre service available to all of our customers.

Traderoot Relations Online


As a Concorde merchant you are able to securely access real-time transaction data via the internet. To do this please follow the instructions below.
  • Navigate to http://switch.concorde-sa.co.za/traderoot/main
  • Select service provider as your logon type
  • Enter your merchant number as your username
  • You may leave the terminal field blank unless you intend on viewing reports specifically related to a particular terminal.
  • Enter the secure password that was provided to you by Concorde Solutions
  • Then click logon to proceed
